Use Safety Access or a Connected Worker relationship when the work needs individual digital acknowledgement, induction, permit, toolbox, pre-start participation or other worker-level evidence.

Supervisors, managers and other approved ONE AI users draw from the same shared business pool. Ordinary worker activity does not need a separate AI allowance.

Viewing released tasks, pre-starts, post-task checks, toolbox acknowledgements, evidence/photos, normal hazard or incident entry and assigned training.
