MIXED WORKFORCE EXAMPLE
Harbourfield selects ABC Labour Hire. ONE can coordinate the people without making Harbourfield re-enter ABC’s workforce.
ABC can supply its roster, Harbourfield can nominate who pays, ONE sends one sponsorship request, and ABC can approve all, choose workers or decline. The host can then choose Connected Worker, short-term Safety Access or a documents-only Safety Pack according to what the work actually needs.

Read the task. Start the checks. Then start the work.
The worker reviews the released task view, selects “I'm ready to begin”, completes the relevant pre-start, passes the applicable Work Clearance pathway, and only then records Start Work.
Changes stay attached to the task.
Hazards, questions, Stop Work events, changed conditions and evidence are recorded against the work being performed and routed to the appropriate role.
Work Complete is not the same as Task Closed.
ONE can trigger post-task checks, permit close-out, supervisor verification and outstanding actions before the task becomes a closed evidence record.
